Your skin loves Kiwi!
Kiwi is an exotic fruit with ancient holistic medicinal properties. Becoming a popular item in fruit salads, its vibrant green slices and speckled appearance has worked wonders for salad dressings and flavoring things with the natural tangy kick. In ancient Chinese holistic medicine it has been knows as the Chinese gooseberry. However grown abundantly in New Zealand, it is known as the national fruit their called as the “Kiwi”.
It can be used as a superfood in green smoothies and shakes.
My favorite recipe for a green juice using Kiwi is blending the following
2 peels kiwis
2 cucumber sticks
a cup of green spinach
2 green apple
a cup of salad greens
1 inch of Cayenne pepper
2 spoons of lime juice.
