Self Care - becoming present in the moment

Self-care ~ it’s so important to take the time to look after yourself mindfully – even if it’s just in a small way.

Self-care encourages you to maintain a healthy relationship with yourself so that you can transmit the good feelings to others. It’s not just about the feelings but also about the stress levels you feel. 

When you take care of yourself and are not stressed, you are better able to meet the needs of others. Self-care comes in a variety of form. This does not require an elaborate plan; self-care can be as simple as taking a deep breath when you notice you are becoming stressed.

Somethings that you can follow - 

  1. practice mindful eating. 

  2. go for a mindful walk.

  3. start your day with a morning stretch or yoga.

  4. do some crafting, art or baking and find some quiet time to recharge. 

Take time out for YOU 

Always remember to fuel your body with healthy food, prioritize sleep over TV shows and move your body whenever you can !!
