Avocado helps rejuvenate and moisturize the scalp. It is a rich source of proteins, amino acids and vitamins. It also soothes the scalp promoting hair growth.
Olive oil reduces dandruff and lessens the itching and inflammation due to dryness of scalp. The vitamins and nutrient content makes the hair
strands thicker and healthier.

Followed by hair wash, use a wide toothed comb for brushing your hair. Bristled brushes will frizz hair more when hot and humid. If possible, wet your comb with a cotton dipped in water before combing.
After coming back from summer heat, apply cucumber juice over the scalp and hair and gently massage. You can even cut cucumber slices and massage with it. This will effectively moisturize and soothe the scalp and prevent frizz.
