Simple yoga postures to get rid of pains and aches

The following things might help you to get rid of the pains and aches


  1. Seated Meditation with mild music

The yoga fundamentals in dealing with most pain are going slow, breathing deeply and paying attention to your body.

  1. Cow Face/ Gomughasana – It stretches ankle, thigh, shoulder, hip , thorax, axilla and biceps.

  2. Reclining eagle twist

  3. Squat with supporting the necks with both hands

  4. Reclined butterfly spine opener


Sit in each posture for 10 to 20 long breaths.


Elevate your feet as often as you can if you frequently experience leg cramps.
