Healthy Breakfast Recipes - Coconut Pancakes

Ingredients - 

Boiled Rice - 1 cup

Grated Coconut - ½ cup

Shallots - 8 finely cut (you can replace with Onions if shallots not available)

Cumin seeds - ¼ tsp. 

Salt - to taste 


Method of Preparation -

Soak the rice and grind it with salt and little water. Now add the cut onion, grated coconut, and cumin seeds into the mixture. Now stainless steel plate and smear some oil/butter on it. Take a ball of the mixture made and gently press on the plate to obtain a circular shape of the dough. Keep a non-stick pan and when it gets heated gently take the pressed dough from the plate and put it on the pan. Cook both sides on a low flame and cook till done. Serve warm with coconut milk and sugar.
